Ohno! If you’re here, it means that something happened to your order while in transit and now you’re looking at damaged goods.

First, John and I are so sorry. We work hard to make sure that your shipment is well protected before it begins its transit. It’s very upsetting when damages occur at all, and we’re very sorry that it happened to you.

Second, the fastest way to a resolution is by completing the damage report below.  We’ll need your order information, and to see photos of the damage. Once you've completed the form, click "Send" to submit your information.
