 We are currently shipping within the United States only.

 

TIMELINES

• All orders placed on our website are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but can be sooner or later depending on our our production schedule.

• Bulk orders are 10-99 or more of an identical item and are processed in 1-2 weeks.

• Large purchase orders (100 or more) for custom work require a lead time of anywhere between 3-8 weeks, depending on various factors.

For all orders, transit time is always in addition to processing time. If you are ordering a gift for a special occasion, please allow plenty time for processing and shipping.

CARRIERS

We ship with UPS. Please ensure that you are shipping to a street address, as UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.

RATES

We offer flat rate UPS Ground shipping for just $4. Free Shipping for orders of $75 and up. If you need your order faster, please contact us for a rate quote.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed on our website may be cancelled the same day.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. It's important to us that you are happy with your order, so please contact us ASAP if there is an issue.

SHIPPING FAQ

How do I check the status of my order?  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What if my order arrives damaged? You will find your "Damages" packet in your shipment. Please scan the QR code or visit our Damage Report page and follow the directions to complete our quick and easy form. We address damaged orders on a case-by-case basis, but Step 1 is always submitting the damage report for the fastest resolution.

What if my order is late? We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but transit time is out of our control. Please make sure that you are ordering in plenty of time to receive your order when needed.

What if my order is lost? If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you right away.
